It's time for the Irving Schwartz Annual Fall Carnival! Join us for crafts, games, prizes, and light refreshments on October 25th at 4 PM! We're also celebrating the 130 year anniversary of the El Paso Public Library having its doors open to the community. Come meet and speak with our department heads to learn about everything the library has to offer!
